Job Responsibilities:
-Receiving the card request from customers
-Contacting customers regarding the wallet registration and any issue in this regard.
-Follow up with the customer to be active in using the service
-Responsible for delivering the cards to the customers.
-Contacting companies, agents& colleges and solving their problems
-Opening agent’s account.
